How to request a refund
- Submit a request through our Contact Us page including your order number, the reason for the refund, and your preferred resolution (refund, exchange, or store credit). Or
- Email help@cbd.restaurant with the same information.
We respond to refund requests within two (2) business days.
Eligibility window
Refunds and exchanges may be requested within thirty (30) days of the order date. Requests outside this window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Refund method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, or other). Processing typically takes 5 to 10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Lost, damaged, or delayed shipments
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and either reship or refund. Damaged-in-transit items are eligible for replacement or refund — please photograph the damage and include the photos in your contact form submission.
Return shipping
If you are returning a product, we provide a prepaid return shipping label for items that arrived damaged or were sent in error. For customer-initiated returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Non-refundable items
Products that have been opened, used, or otherwise altered may not be eligible for refund. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Chargebacks and disputes
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first — we will resolve most issues quickly and informally. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in the loss of future-purchase eligibility on our store.
High-value orders
Orders over $300 may be subject to additional fraud-prevention review. If a high-value order is canceled or refunded as part of this review, the customer will be contacted via email at the address on file before any final action is taken.
