Program description

The CBD Restaurant SMS Program delivers recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages from us to you. By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Service.

Marketing: menu drops, new product announcements, limited-time offers.
Transactional: order confirmations, shipping updates, pickup-ready alerts.

How to opt in

You may opt in to the Program in one of two ways. Both paths require a YES reply via SMS to complete confirmation — verbal consent alone is not enough.

Give consent

Verbal in person to a CBD Restaurant rep, or by entering your number in an opt-in form on cbd.restaurant.

Receive confirmation

We send a one-time SMS asking you to confirm. Until you reply, no further messages will be sent.

Reply YES

You are in. Opt-in is logged with timestamp, source, and reply for at least 4 years of compliance audit.

Message frequency

Approximately 4 messages per month. Frequency may vary based on promotions, your order activity, and seasonality.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. CBD Restaurant does not charge for SMS messages, but standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier may apply.

How to opt out

Reply with any of these keywords to any message:

STOP UNSUBSCRIBE END QUIT CANCEL

You will receive one confirmation message acknowledging the opt-out. After that, no further marketing messages will be sent. Opt-out is permanent until you affirmatively re-opt-in.

Supported carriers

The Program is available on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to opt in to the Program. You must also be the owner of, or have permission to use, the phone number you submit.

No mobile information sharing

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in information will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This information is shared only with our SMS service provider (Twilio) and only to the extent necessary to deliver the messages you have requested.

Changes to the Program

We may modify or terminate the Program, or these SMS Terms, at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated Last Updated date and, where required by law, notified to current Program subscribers.
